Understand the underlying causes of pesky over-use injuries and learn how to avoid them. Adjust training to work for your body as it stands today, while implementing strategies to improve your overall movement profile. In this one-hour workshop, physical therapist Claudia Burns will review what it means to move well, how to set SMART goals for your body, and optimize your training.
